I have noticed that if there is reflected light I have lens flare issues when using the iPhone 12 Pro Max. See the reflection from the car mirror ... in this instance the source of the problem is obvious but sometimes the source is not obvious and often the resulting image is unusable.

ULSTER STREET IS IT IN PHIBSBOROUGH OR CABRA

I cannot determine if Ulster Street is in Phibsborough or Cabra and checking the property sections in newspapers did not really help as some indicated that it is in Cabra while others claimed that it is in Phibsborough.

CHANCERY STREET FEATURING TRAM TRACKS - LUAS RED LINE SERVICE

There is a nice small art deco style public park on Chancery Street which is also home the the Four Courts. The four courts are more-or-less across the street from the park and at the tram stop.

Unfortunately the opening times for the park are somewhat restricted - 8am ...
