The Swai Malaysian Restaurant – Near The Samuel Beckett Bridge

About twenty years ago a visit Asian restaurant (at that time they were nearly all Chinese) here in Dublin was not exactly a wonderful experience mainly because the staff could not understand English and if they could they were inclined to be rather rude. If the diner tried to complain about anything not even the manager could speak English unless you tried to leave without paying. Also, very frequently you did not get the wine that you ordered. Once I ordered a bottle of French red wine and an already opened bottle of cheap German white wine was delivered to the table and they refused to change it.
Things have greatly changed, the food is now much better and the young staff members are very friendly and efficient.
